- How does the rental process work?
Browse our vehicles and find one you like. Submit a rental request from the vehicle's page — it takes about a minute. Our team will contact you to confirm pickup details and finalize the rental.
- What rental periods do you offer?
We offer 7-day and 28-day rentals. Unfortunately, we do not offer daily rentals at this time — our minimum rental period is 7 days. However, our 7-day rates are so competitive that they often beat the cost of renting daily from other rental car companies. Each listing shows pricing for both options along with the included mileage.
Need the car longer than 28 days? We can extend your rental based on your needs — just let us know before your rental period ends.
- Do I need auto insurance to rent?
If you have an active auto insurance policy under your name that extends coverage to rental vehicles, no additional insurance fee is required.
Don't have auto insurance? A non-owner auto insurance policy is one of the cheapest liability insurance options available — much more affordable than expensive insurance plans from big rental car companies. It gives you the coverage you need to be safely on the road.
We can connect you with insurance agents who offer non-owner policies so you can compare pricing. You also have the option to add a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with us for comprehensive coverage, but liability alone is enough to rent.
- What is the security deposit?
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup: $300 for credit cards, $500 for debit cards, and $800 for luxury vehicles (any card type).
The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition it was rented, minus normal wear and tear.
- What happens if I go over the included mileage?
7-day rentals include 500 miles. 28-day rentals include 1,500 miles.
Extra mileage is charged at $0.39 – $0.49 per mile depending on the vehicle. For rideshare, delivery, or personal use that needs extra miles, you can add 1,000 extra miles for $200.
- What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance (or a non-owner policy). Our team will confirm the specific requirements when you submit a rental request.
- Where are you located?
We have pickup locations in Monterey Park, Arcadia, and Ontario. When you submit a rental request, our team will coordinate the most convenient location for you.
- Can I extend my rental?
Yes — we can extend your 28-day rental based on your needs. Contact us before your rental period ends and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.
- What types of vehicles do you have?
We carry sedans, SUVs, hybrids, minivans, and more — mostly Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Jeep, Nissan, and Chrysler. Check our vehicles page for the full current inventory.
